Achieving Happiness LifeWednesday, 25-May-2011, Author: AL-SCIENCE Islamic Bulletin Issue: 5 / II / IX / 1432
The reader is happy, no doubt that every man must have longed (to himself) or the happiness of living a good life.
But each person's view about the happiness of life is different. Some people have the view that happiness is the measure of success in reaching the world with all the delicacy of his life. Though not so intrinsically.
Allah Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala says (the meaning):
"Beautiful
to cite this as (view) human love of what is desirable, it is: women,
children, many of the treasures of gold, silver, horse selection, cattle
and rice fields. This is the pleasure of living in the world, and on the return to Allah is good (Paradise). "[Ali 'Imran: 14]
Allah Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala says (the meaning):
"God expand and narrow it sustenance for whom He will. They
are happy with the life of the world, whereas the life of the world
(compared with) the afterlife, just happiness (a little). "[Ar-Ra'd: 26]
This is a narrow class of human reason and vision. They feel surprised and amazed by the life of the spirit world and living on her world to life. Their situation is like this is caused by:
1. Nothing in her belief in the afterlife.
2. Or believe in the Hereafter but distracted himself with the affairs of the world.
So
life is loss and wretched life, although he was given the ease by Allah Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala to grab the treasure, jewelry and various
delights of the world, but essentially he is having istidraj
(flexibility) of Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala . Then he will incur a loss that lasts.
As Allah Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala (the meaning):
"So let not their wealth and their children impress you. Surely
God wants to (give) property and the children to torture them in the
life of the world and will eventually float their lives, are they in a
state of disbelieve. "[At-Tawbah: 55]
Some
commentators said the cleric about the above verse: "Do not be fooled
to property and children (which God has given to) people in the life of
heathen world, it's just the way God wants, so he mengadzab them in the
Hereafter." This called with istidraj. Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala says (the meaning):
"Do they think that wealth and children which We gave to them (meaning that) We hasten to give good things to them? no, actually they are not aware. "[Al Mu'minun: 55-56]
Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala gave the world to anyone who loves God and that God does not love. However, it is not God give this religion, but to whom does God Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala loves. As much as any person is given the wealth of the world, surely he would eventually leave the world or the world will leave.
"Know
that the life of this world but play and amusement, pomp and glory,
splendor of you and proud of pride with the many wealth and children,
such as rain-crop planting farmers admirable; then the plants become dry
and you see yellow color and then be destroyed. and in the Hereafter (later) there is a harsh punishment and forgiveness from Allah and His good pleasure. And the life of this world is nothing but a deceiving enjoyment. "[Al-Hadid: 20]
Finding the world related to the necessities of life is a noble thing if done in order to help him to obey God. Because the world is charity for farm life in the hereafter. It's just a despicable attitude is to make high spirits to reach the world. So he directed his gaze is not unless the world. No matter where he got the property in a manner that halal or haram? He
was the friend of the world, which has made the world as a premier
destination and high spirits to get it, with the suspicion that her life
will be achieved happiness.
There
is also a view that happiness can only be achieved with faith and good
deeds while looking for what is needed in the life of this world. They
said in his prayer: "O our Lord, grant us good in this world and the
Hereafter and save us from hell adzab." They combine in their prayers
that God will give them good in the world and the hereafter. They are the ones who will get the happiness of life. Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala (the meaning):
"Those
who do good deeds, whether male or female in a state of faith, then
indeed shall We give him a good life and will actually give us reward
them with a better reward than what they've done." [An Nahl : 97]
Those who do good deeds from both the male or female in a state of faith, then God will give him kebahagiaaan life. In the world he felt the joy of living on faith, her quiet, roomy and fun. They live in a state of remembrance of God, to feel pleasure in worshiping God Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala. Later
in the Hereafter, Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala will incorporate them
into heaven, and feel the delights in it, timeless pleasure that will
never be lost for ever. Not
feel the pain inside, afraid of the enemy, there is no feeling of
anxiety that haunted him, nothing in his heart diseases of the heart,
will never taste of death and so on. Thus the Ahl-ul-Jannah (paradise population), they feel the happiness of life is essential.
Ibn
Taymiyyah said: "Goodness, happiness, perfection, and peace, will be
achieved by two things: useful knowledge and righteous deeds." (Majmoo
'al-Fatawa, 19/169)
If you want to feel the happiness of life, then it is obligatory for you to do good deeds during your life. Look for the world that will help you to gain the hereafter. Look for the world to taste just help you obey Subhanallahu wa Ta'ala.
